After Dark Horrorfest 3 vs The Snarky Avenger
Well folks the time has come again, actually the second time for me, to spend a whole weekend at a movies theater (or a large portion of the weekend) watching “8 Films To Die For”. This year they claim “you will be scare me to death.” Well, I am calling them on it that claim. So I will be watching the 8 films present by After Dark Horrorfest 3 as well as The Unborn, which also happens to start this weekend.
For those in Minnesota who want to join me, I will be attending the showings at The Carmike Wynnsong 15 in Mounds View, MN. My viewing schedule is as follows:

Dying Breed at 6:00 PM

The Butterfly Effect 3: Revelations at 10:00 PM

I am planning to record my thoughts on the films on my drive home each day/night. Then I am going to post this weeks SIW podcast in three parts with the reviews from the previous night so if there is a real winner, you have a chance to catching in before it leaves theaters. After Dark Horrorfest runs from January 9th though January 15th.
Based on the trailers, my picks for best films of After Dark Horrorfest 3 are The Broken, From Within, and Perkins’ 14.

I would even be game for grabbing dinner Saturday night after the showing and chatting about the film.
