The story this week was written by DAVe Avila. The story is copyrighted by the author. Here is the original text:

In a field of cotton candied grass, thousands of children ride a menagerie of animals to a hill. In unison they sing the theme song to their favorite cartoon, King Korrag, “Ven Aqui and Adios. Come everybody here we goes. Ride to the octopus! Adios…”

Upon that hill, the beloved character Korrag the Octopus speaks, “My beautiful children we have spoken at length what you must do. Don’t disappoint your King. Soon, I return. Soon I will bring you everything your hearts desire.”

Little Jimmy Roberts awakens. Draws a knife from under his mattress, “Mommy! Ven Aqui.”
